52 New SSL Designs in 52 Weeks

As an inventor and enthusiast for lighting and for SSL, I spend a lot of time talking to people, making suggestions, and commenting on progress. I also spend quite a bit of time playing with LEDs and the stuff that drives them.
As a designer and quasi-artist, I decided that I need a catalyst to design with greater frequency - to produce more product. Without this, I get all wrapped up in daily activities and never seem to get anything out.
To this end, I have set a goal to generate 52 new SSL designs, from concept to lighted working proof, in 2010. That's a new design, each week, for an entire year. That should get the creative blood flowing at full pressure!
